My remote will not function when I press on. All the others functions work fine. I have done the learn test and held it for 15 seconds but it still won't work. It is only my 2nd with the fireplace
It sounds like you will need a new remote, but we can talk about some other trouble shooting steps. Please call us at 877-374-9002 to discuss further!
Hi , we bought a home and it has your remote on the fireplace already, when in thermo mode if I press the off button does unit stay off or will it come on as room cools below set temp? thanks, Ian
Hello! To use the thermostat function, you will need to press "mode" on the remote until the screen shows "ROOM." From there, press and hold "SET" until the desired temp is reached. When you find the desired temp, release the "SET" button and after three seconds it will flash and disappear to the current temp, meaning the remote has set it to that desired temp and will engage appropriately. Let us know if that helps or not!
I have a Skype h on off thermostat remote. How can I control the intensity of the flame. How can I stp the fan from going on. I don’t want the heat just the flame,
The Skytech 1410TH remote does not have flame control. It is not a function of your gas valve. It also does not control your blower. The blower is typically on an independent temperature or timer setting. Oftentimes you can simply unplug the blower. The SKY-3301PF remote here has on/off blower control.
