Frequently bought together
When I press the remote button. I hear just beeping from the gas unit
That could be a result of a few things. The first thing to try is replacing the batteries and going through the pairing process if you haven't. From there you'll need to check voltage coming from the battery pack to see if you are getting power to the valve. If you are, the unit could be stuck and needs replaced.
Is the remote control RF or IR and if it is RF what frequency range does it operate in
It is an RF remote and operates at 303.8 MHz.
Do we need to provide an electrical circuit to this or can it be battery. If not, can you please provide a comparable that can take batteries.
This does not require external power, it is operated with batteries only.
